The U’jana Conley Foundation is a nationwide
voluntary healthcare organization dedicated to:
- Eliminating SIDS
- Raising public awareness of SIDS
- Assisting families with high-risk infants
through funding SIDS research and support services
Founded to honor the life of U’jana Arnell
Jasari Conley who died of SIDS on August 18, 2000
at the age of 11 months and 13 days, The U’jana
Conley Foundation for SIDS must depend upon continued
support from individuals, clubs, organizations,
and corporate sponsors for funding.
Proceeds raised support our grant-making programs.
The Foundation, in collaboration with The Southwest
SIDS Research Institute and The Greater Houston Area
SIDS Alliance, is the major funding-arm for SIDS research
and support services across the United States.
All contributions are appreciated. Your support is
instrumental in helping the Foundation meet its mission
and vision. Download information about Corporate
